Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

Once the item is shipped, it can't be canceled. However, after delivery of the product, you can raise the return request as per the policy.
The delivery time can vary between 7-15 days. However, on the occurrence of unexpected circumstances or adverse situations, actual delivery might sometimes get delayed.
You can raise cancellation requests for orders within 24 hours of placing the order by sharing a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org and mentioning the order ID and Account details.
However, if the order has already been shipped, the cancellation would not be processed.
You can raise return requests for orders within 7 days of their delivery by sharing a mail on email@example.com and mentioning the order ID and Account details along with the reason for return.
The items raised for return will be picked up by our agent from your mentioned address.
Note that, the items to be returned shall be unused and shall have the price tag attached.
The refund shall be processed and will reflect in your account within 10-15 working days of your successful return.
